I recently visited Wisconsin for work, a quick trip of just two days and one night. As a Texan unaccustomed to the cold, I found myself craving something warm and comforting to eat. That’s when I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant, and I’m so glad I walked in. From the moment I stepped through the door, everyone was incredibly friendly. The waitress mentioned that the owners were introducing Vietnamese dishes to the menu, which immediately caught my attention. I decided to try the pho with brisket and tendon, and it was nothing short of incredible. The broth was crystal clear, aromatic, and packed with rich flavor—it was perfect in every way! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the cook, and I was thrilled to learn the cook had worked at some of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Houston, Texas. She shared that she boils the broth for over 16 hours, and you can absolutely taste the dedication and expertise in every sip. This restaurant was such a delightful surprise, and I can’t wait to return whenever I’m back in the area. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese food, I wholeheartedly recommend it—100%!”

I went here 3 years ago on a family trip. I TO THIS DAY, believe that Hungry House has the greatest cheeseburger I've ever had. I love burgers and I've had thousands of different burgers, but Hungry House burgers take the crown. They aren't even known for their burgers and I havent had anything else from this restaurant, and I don't plan on it because I only want their burgers. I will try my hardest to return here in the future just to try that cheeseburger once more.
